West coast sounds good to me.

Also, I think trying to chose a place where "a lot of chapters are" might be
a little difficult after having our past conferences in NY and Boston --
there aren't a lot of other places that are geographically as dense in terms
of chapters.

I think a place where we can get a venue and easy transportation is really
optimal.
