Interesting you should ask (and name it propaganda)!  We have a page at 
http://wiki.freeculture.org/Propaganda with the freeculture.org propaganda 
we've made.  Rather than copy the content totally, I'd suggest just 
linking to our page.  I'm interested in how we can minimized 
wasted/duplicated work.

Something we've been toying with is running a ccHost install for people to 
share their propaganda.  Would you be interested in using such a thing if 
we made it?  (Would you be interested in setting up such a thing...?)
