Aah ok, I see... I'm not sure if the same issues would affect extra- 
curricular student work too though (if it's produced on college  
equipment, the same assignment of rights would have applied to extra- 
curricular work in my case at least, so the same issues might still  
be a concern). However, I really can't say whether this is a common  
policy in HE in the UK, and it would definately be worth  
investigating. Am very keen to help with any projects doing work in  
this field, so please do keep me updated, and let me know if i can do  
anything to help!
