[FC-discuss] Any chapters in India?

I've checked the list, and it appears that there are no chapters in India.

I joined the Bachelor's program in engineering in the University of
Pune last year, and I'm thinking of opening a chapter for my college.

I apologise if this has been asked before, but I'm completely clueless
as to how to go about it - we already are a core group of people who
support Free Culture ideas, we just don't know how to organise.

Any help would be appreciated.
