[FC-discuss] Any chapters in India?

hi. im from croatia and my name is robert. i'm active in free culture
projects like free radio or netlabel www.egoboobits.net, and i have a
question. it would be great to make chapters in croatia too, but our ngo-s
are not very focused on that kind of project. do you have any suggestions
how to start creating chapters at our universyties? thnx for your help :)
