If you go to http://docs.google.com/View?docid=d63zmkm_17fz8j9m with any 
HTTP client (like wget or a full-on browser) without logging in to 
anything, you will find that it does not require a Google Account to read 
the content that Parker posted.

So at least, that's not a good reason to tell Parker to stop using Google 
Docs.  I imagine (in all seriousness!) there may be good reasons in other 
lines of argument.
