The audio part can be done by http://www.icecast.org/ or other 
Free streaming audio servers.  I've never thought about the "simultaneous 
presentation sync'd to the audio" part.

What about regular webcam/video stream-style software that generates a 
video stream that people can tune into with their regular desktop video 
player?  Would that work / are you willing to point a camera at the 
slides/presenter.
