Apologies for the typos in the forwarded message. I should not post
before coffee.
Still think the idea of turning their legislature on themselves might
be interesting. If they actually mean only public domain and copyleft
materials should be shared in universities it might be a nice moment
to say *bring it on* and tell lots of people how they can be compliant
=)
