Copyleft is still copyright.

It looks like university networks may only transmit works that are either
uncopyrightable or copyright expired, which is pretty limiting.

Something tellls me that RIAA & MPAA could do with an education concerning
the sharing of knowledge being a prerequisite for progress in science,
technology,  and the arts.
