[FC-discuss] Remix America

We've got 2 years of public domain house and senate proceedings in 
patent-free ogg theora @ metavid.ucsc.edu searchable by closed caption 
stream and speaker name;  should be good fodder for a project like 
this.  Also, we're launching the next version of the project pretty soon 
and could use a couple testers - if anyone's interested, drop me a line.
