I've been frantically searching for the same thing. I've had to try  
once or twice and failed miserably.

I think one of the main problems is that it means different things to  
different people. Even on this mailing list, we've gotten several  
suggestions that not everyone might agree on. For instance, I wouldn't  
necessarily agree that "free culture" includes Crosbie's criteria.

Now, those might be important concepts to add. Or, it might dilute the  
meaning. The fluid definition of "free culture" is its biggest  
weakness right now.
