Fairly good - you can take CalTrain.  I imagine that there will be 
ride-sharing done by at least CC employees who are going, which would be 
more convenient; if you email a2lessig at pobox.com and CC: me, I'll see if 
we can just include you and whoever else comes in whatever ride-sharing we 
do.

Here's my half-answer:

There's CalTrain, as well as ride sharing options to the talk.  I don't 
personally know anyone very well who lives in Palo Alto, but you can come 
back to my place in SF and I can surely find you and others a place to 
stay.  Perhaps Abhay on this list may be willing to lend you his couch for 
a night, even if mine is taken.
