[FC-discuss] Liberating the FC list

I'm new to the list, so don't know how bad it's gotten, but it seems to me
that anyone who's been around the net a couple times knows what should be
acceptable. Do we really need to spend time hammering it out into a social
contract? As Fred said, just don't feed the trolls.
