[FC-discuss] Free Culture Forum?

I'm involved, and I brought it up with the SFC board a few months back, who
approved our partnering role.
As for scholarships, I unfortunately don't think we have much if any funding
for that on the SFC side, but I can ask the organizers if they have some
funding for some more SFC members to attend.
