I just wanted to bump this once (sorry). I just put a bunch of time
into the wiki page, so now it's really ready for you guys to pick at it
and add in what i've missed.
We'd like to get a reasonably complete version done in the next couple
weeks to publish on the Dartmouth website and start handing it out to
professors. Also, we're thinking about putting it in pamphlet form.

thanks for your help! hopefully this will be useful for other schools
implementing OCW. Once it's done, we'll also give it to the OCWC so
they can add it to their list of resources.
