Not sure what you mean -- no fonts were used for the design of those  
shirts, all were hand drawn.

If what you mean is that the fonts for the FC logo are being used  
commercially because there is a tshirt store on the site that happens  
to feature the logo, I suggest you look into the laws regulating  
copyright of fonts. It is distribution of the font file itself that  
infringes on the copyright of the font (or as the law calls font files  
"font programs") creator, not images or text using the font.
