People from Noserub and Laconica are on the DiSo Project mailing list,
and the Acivity Streams mailing list.  People from DiSo are involved to
some extent at Laconica (at least I am, as a user and an implementor of
OMB).  They attend some of the same events, etc.

Also, the groups collaborate around the technologies they use (such as
on OpenID, OAuth, and Microformats mailing lists).

There's no "formal" collaboration only because none of these are formal
projects :)
