[FC-discuss] Website improvements: Wiki mostly

It would also be great to have a kind of "open hours" time that was
not necessarily a structured meeting but a time that you know other
folks would be checking in.
Can everyone who currently has a regularly scheduled meeting jump in
just so we know what the schedule is like now? Core Team, Web Team?
