Since there is probably overlap between persons and topics of interest
to the web team and to the chapters, it makes sense to me for the two
meetings to be back-to-back. I don't know when they were before, but
say Chapter Leaders met Sundays 2-3, Web Team could meet 3-4 (or the
other way around).

It makes perfect sense for you to keep up with and sit in on as many
meetings as you can bear! An example of a web team question with
implications for chapter leaders is a question I just posed on
Launchpad investigating the feasibility of merging chapter wikis into
the national one (to improve cross-chapter communication), for which
we need non-technical feedback:

VoIP makes sense eventually, but I don't think figuring out a cell
phone conference call is worth blocking commencement of meetings. We
should start on IRC until someone figures out the best way to have a
call-in meeting.
Also, it may not be necessary for full attendance every week. These
could be "open hours," except for, say, the first Sunday of every
month, or when an agenda is proposed to discuss at .
Best,
Robert
