[FC-discuss] HBO Sending Takedowns of Inaugural Concert

There have been reports about HBO sending take downs to citizens who have
posted their own recordings of the inaugural concert. This is a relatively
interesting copyright claim as HBO would not own the rights to the
performances, whether the songs were in the public domain or not.
