Kinda of, except the landing page is ugly and it doesn't really do
what the Case Book is supposed to accomplish :)
Case Book will give you a way to:
A) Specify what kind of object you are dealing with
B) determine any special qualities of that object (are their
trademarks involved? how about public figures? etc)
C) give you a recommendation (with legal background) if you can use it
in a Fair Use context or even if the object _is_ copyrighted.*
But yeah, I've looked at that page before and found it to have a ton
of copyright information; good stuff.
Sorry for giving you all a link to an obviously draft quality wiki
page, just thought it was a cool idea.

* of course it will have to give caveats that deal with term of
copyright, but the primary concern is things like data (not
copyrightable), photographs/scans/representations of public domain
works (no new copyright), etc.
