[FC-discuss] Preparing for RIAA+ISPs

EFF reports that an Irish ISP is prepared to implement the RIAA's highly
sought after "3 Strikes You're Disconnected" plan (
http://www.eff.org/deeplinks/2009/01/irish-isp-agrees-three-strikes-against-its-users).
American ISPs are likely to follow.

Are we ready to fight back?

Perhaps a, "Three Disconnects and You're Dumped" pledge to dump any ISP who
verifiably disconnects three subscribers? If someone could create a YouTube
video explaining why this is a bad idea and encouraging people to publicly
pledge, maybe we could get people to record response videos pledging to dump
ISPs that join the RIAA?

What do you think?
