[FC-discuss] Preparing for RIAA+ISPs

this is terrible. i like kevin's suggestion of turning the "3 strikes"
phrase around.

does anyone on list have FC-friends in .IE?

what are all the bad things we want to mention here?
* lack of due process, oversight
* no alternatives
* ISPs bullied by music industry seems so strange (strong industry
bullied by failing industry.)
