[FC-discuss] freeculture.org Spanish translation

Hi!

Here on our chapter (University of Puerto Rico) we have a group of members
interested on translating freeculture.org during the summer to Spanish. I
would like to know if the if the infrastructure is in place to serve the
page in two languages and which are the highest priority pages to be
translated.
