[FC-discuss] Lenz v. Universal conclusion?

Hi everyone,

I'm working on a case study regarding fair use and content ID on
YouTube. As part of that, I'm following up on some of the higher
profile cases from a few years ago.

In Lenz v. Universal (aka- the "dancing baby" case), the Court decided
that the injuries claimed by Lenz were legit (on Aug 20) and denied
Universal's motions to appeal (on Oct 28). Does anyone know if Lenz
received relief? And what kind?
