That's the scary part -- its really hard to figure out how effective it will be -- everyone in DC is saying that the law doesn't actually mandate this, it just suggests exploring it.<br><br>That's not to say FC will be any better if the law gets passed. Its certainly a bad thing if it gets passed, but we really have no pull here.<br>

<br>EDUCAUSE is tackling the issue and doing good PR for it. I'm not sure we're going to beat them on it. NYU's Washington Square News is running a story on Monday or Tuesday that I've spent extensive time briefing a reporter with. <br>
