I think this deal appeals to most people's desire to exchange something for things of value, and to set up a relationship with an expert. I've certainly had to go to individuals I know for help with my Linux install (Tony, you know I'm looking at you!) and I'd probably feel a lot better doing that if there were an easy way for me to pay that person, especially a nominal fee like $10.<br>
<br>As far as drawing in the "marginally curious," I don't think that's much of an issue... In my experience, by the time you're actually installing a free operating system on your computer, you're more than marginally curious and probably willing to spend well more than $10 on it.<br>
